Alan Jackson, one of country music’s most iconic figures, is nearing the end of his remarkable touring career. The legendary singer, known for hits like “Chattahoochee” and “Don’t Rock the Jukebox,” is down to his final performances. He has just two regular shows left and will make an appearance at the Two Step Inn 2025 festival in Texas on April 5. His final scheduled shows are set for April 26 in Tampa and May 17 in Milwaukee, marking the conclusion of his “Last Call: One More for the Road Tour.”

Jackson, who has been a staple in country music since 1987, has enjoyed a long, successful career. With an estimated net worth of $150 million, he ranks as one of the wealthiest country music stars, sitting in the top 10 in 2024. His career has spanned decades and has been both lucrative and influential, but after more than 30 years on the road, he’s decided it’s time to slow down.

In a video shared with his fans, Jackson reflected on his career and health. He revealed that he has been living with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, a degenerative nerve condition that affects his mobility. Despite this, Jackson has continued to perform, though he acknowledges that his health has made it harder to maintain his usual energy on stage. He expressed his desire to spend more time at home with his family, including his grown daughters and grandchildren, rather than touring as extensively as he once did.

While this may be his final farewell tour, Jackson has assured fans that he isn’t retiring from music entirely. His journey may be coming to a close on the road, but his legacy in the country music world is firmly established, and fans can still look forward to new music in the future.
